Nury Espinoza, MBA, is the Founder of Accounting Breeze, a strategic accounting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable, and confidently managed businesses. With more than 20 years of business and financial leadership experience, Nury partners closely with founders and organization leaders to bring clarity to their numbers, alignment to their strategy, and structure to their growth.

For five years, Nury served as an Accounting Professor at the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School, where she taught emerging leaders how to translate financial theory into real-world execution. Her combined experience in academia and firm leadership uniquely positions her to simplify complex financial concepts into practical, strategic action.

Nury earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills and her MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School. She has served on the Pepperdine Alumni Leadership Council since 2017 and as a Board Member of the National Latina Business Women Association since 2019.

In 2019, she was recognized as an Outstanding Alumni Woman in Leadership by Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School. In 2021, she was nominated by the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing division for the Inspirational Women Forum & Awards (Small Business CEO category), and she was also named one of the Top 20 Entrepreneurs of 2021 by Entrepreneurship Herald.

Nury is also the founder of Financialize the Future Foundation, a nonprofit initiative focused on expanding financial literacy and entrepreneurship education to young students — a mission she looks forward to growing in the years ahead.
